Perfect for those backyard gatherings!
- Cook Time:
- Servings: 4-6
Ingredients
- (2 lbs) Buckeye Blend Ground Beef 70/30
- (6) Burger Buns
- (6 slices) Cheddar Cheese
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1/2 tsp) Black Pepper
- (1 tsp) Garlic Powder
- (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce
- (6-8 strips, cooked) Pork Bacon
Directions
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill
Medium-high heat (about 400–450°F).
2. Form the patties
Gently shape into 1/2 lb patties. Don’t overwork the meat—you want them tender, not dense. Press a slight indent in the center so they cook evenly.
3. Season
Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add a splash of Worcestershire to each patty.
4. Grill
Cook 4–5 minutes per side. Flip once. Add cheddar during the last minute so it melts perfectly.
5. Toast the buns
Place them cut-side down on the grill for about 30–60 seconds.
6. Assemble
Burger → cheese → bacon → toppings → special sauce.
