Our cattle are grass-fed, grain finished with non-gmo corn grown right on our farms. The cattle have access to pasture until they reach an average weight of 900lbs where they are then fed primarily corn and hay until they reach their final weight of around 1200 lbs. Our families have been cattle farming for generations and we have found this feeding protocol to offer the best marbling and flavor our customers have come to love. We hope you enjoy it, too.
