Customer FAQs

What do you offer in your farm store?

We sell beef, pork, chicken, lamb, eggs, honey, seasonings, spices, jams, accessories, wellness items, apparel, leather products, sourdough bread, soaps, cleaners, and more. All handcrafted locally.

Can you buy by the piece?

Yes! That's precisely the point of our farm store. Come on in, grab a basket and gather as much or as little as you need. Your farmers will be there to answer any questions you have.

How do I order?

There are two ways to shop.

  1. You can place an order online and choose Buckeye Valley Beef Cooperative as your pickup location. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know when your order is ready to pickup. This option is nice if you want to ensure we have a specific item in stock.
  2. You can just stop by. No prior order is necessary. We receive new product every other Saturday, so those are the best days to get first pick of the new inventory.

What if I can't make your hours?

We do offer home delivery! Many of our products are available online.

Can I pick up my bulk beef share at this location?

Yes! Visit our Beef Share page to learn more.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit card.

Can I look at the product in store?

Yes! All our products are available to peruse through. If you are looking for something specific, let someone in the store know and we can check our overstock inventory.

Are there products exclusive to the store?

Yes. We offer some products exclusively in store only. Some are just not feasible to ship such as eggs. Whether you are close by or looking for a weekend drive, we'd love to have you in.

Where are your products from?

All of our vendors are local to the area. We pride ourselves in keeping our food dollars in our community. Through our vendor program, processing facility, and suppliers, we support over 17 other local businesses.

Why should I shop with you?

Shortening the food chain: When we opened our farm store in 2023, our goal was to connect more folks with local food options. Through our journey of offering beef to consumers, we were often asked where one could find other products. Over time, we have introduced more locally produced products all handcrafted or grown locally! We serve as a one-stop-shop for those looking to support local farmers. Join us in our goal to bring the food and farmers back home.

Strengthening our local economy: Our farm store bring folks from all over the tristate area to our little town to pick up their beef share and shop, and they in turn stop at local restaurants and shops along their way home. Your dollars spent are reinvested in our community through local charities, fundraisers, and junior fair sales. Stop out and enjoy an indoor farmer's market but without the unpredictable weather and lines.
